You stumble across the world wide web looking to see what's out there. Then you find a familiar name in that of Quick Books. Sounds like a winner right? It is truly user friendly, of course you may encounter some stumbling blocks, but there 24/7 USA based support will help with any issues you come across and that gives most piece of mind.
Amount of Features: Medium/High
The platform is continually being improved. Rentechdirect.com keeps a running blog on your dashboard home page, and alerts you of any new features which is nice to help you keep up with things. They listen to the users and really apply the feedback into practice.

Pros:
I honestly can't say enough good things about this software. It does everything I need, and then it does stuff that I didn't know I needed, until I got it! For example I would spend time designing online listing with sites like Zillow and Craigslist. Not a hard task, but it did take up some of my time. With Rentechdirect I simply upload some information initially and then with the click of a button my listing is published online with 30+ different websites. This is simply a software that is geared for the property investor or property management company.Cons:
Starting out with the software you get a bit of a "shock" this shock is due to the amount of features the software has to offer. You feel a little lost on where to find things, and unsure what goes where when first starting out. Basically I am saying this product has so many features that will benefit you and you won't know where to begin, but that's a good thing...My Thoughts:
I started off in the real estate world by doing a google search once I realized I needed a property management software. I looked and looked and at the time this was the only free version available to me. I used the free version until I acquired over 10 units then was forced to switch to the paid version.I was forced, but I am happy I was forced. This software simply makes my life easier!
